Praia da Peralta Peniche
Praia da Peralta is a beach located south of Peniche (about a 20 minutes drive). As the spot is less sheltered by the Peninsula of Peniche, it usually receives more swell. Peaks across the bay break in both directions (lefts and rights), mostly over a sandy bottom and during bigger swells a strong left-hand barelling wave named “The Bunker” can break on the outside of the beach, owned by local advanced and Pro surfers.
