Reef Break
Reef Breaks have the capacity to produce consistent waves, flawlessly rolling in one after another. The coral reef or rocky bottom is where the wave breaks. Since the bottom of a reef break is not likely to vary compared to a beach break, the wave will almost certainly break over the reef in the same way practically every time. The two key elements that affect how waves break over a reef are swell direction and tide.
