Mittlere Flut
Mid Tide ist die Zeit, die genau zwischen den Gezeiten liegt, d.h. etwa 3 Stunden nach der Flut und vor der Ebbe oder andersherum. Surfen bei Mid Tide bedeutet - als Faustregel - die Zeit zwischen den schnellen und hohlen Wellen, die bei Ebbe auftreten, und den weicheren Wellen bei Flut.
